Sample Tips

Word:
Ctrl ] enlarges the font size of selected text
Ctrl [ reduces the font size of selected text

Excel:
Ctrl ;  (semicolon) enters the current date

Access:
Ctrl " (quotation) copies a field's value from the previous record

PowerPoint:
Hold the Shift key while using the rectangle tool to create a perfect square; hold the Shift key while using the ellipse tool to create a perfect circle.

Windows:
Press Ctrl Tab or  Ctrl F6 to cycle through open windows within an application.

Hold the Shift key, then click File > Close to close all open documents in Word and Excel.

Press Ctrl Z  to Undo your last action.
