Q: Should I have the software on my computer before I take the class?
A: Absolutely. The sooner you can use the software following class, the more information you will retain.

Q: Can I ask questions about my own line of work during class?
A: Questions of any nature are always welcome. You are encouraged to apply each new software to your own line of work.

Q: Can I cancel at the last minute?
A: Cancellation fees are charged as stated in the training contract.

Q: Where are classes held?
A: Courses are held at the client's site.

Learning new software is a uniquely personal experience.

We do our best to relate the instruction to each student's individual needs and experiences.

 
Questions asked by previous students:

Q: Will I be embarrassed if I make a mistake?
A: Our instructors anticipate and encourage questions. Answers will be provided in a polite and courteous manner.

Q: What if I can't keep up with the others in the class?
A: The instructor will attempt to provide individual assistance when necessary. However, he/she may recommend a more basic class if appropriate.

Q: Can I get help after class?
A: E-mail assistance on topics presented during class is available for one week following class. Class date and location must be provided.

Q: How much does a class cost?
A: Cost varies according to the number of students, location and courseware.

Q: Who are your typical clients?
A: Clients include individuals, business users, teachers, continuing education students at colleges and universities.
